Replying to Roomate Needed

Hey there peoples. Looking for a turd roomate to live in a house near liberty park. $330 a month year lease and some other money is need for other moving expenses. (The guy who is currently living there is selling a bunch of his stuff and we are going to buy it to furish the house. We move in on the 14th of Aug. You will be living with two dudes who enjoy the drink and the ski. We are both 21+ so some one who is 21+ is a plus. I happen to travel most of the winter and he works to fucking much.
