Lucid Dreams

last night i had the first lucid dream I can remember, and ive got to say it was awesome.

how often do any of you guys have lucid dreams and what do you do in them?

I've only had a handful that I can remember. It seems like most of them were when I was younger, but I had a skiing one last winter that I wish I could repeat at anytime. In my dream I was like "I'm skiing! Whoa...i'm dreaming! I can do whatever I want." So I learned misty flips, and a ton of other tricks in my dream. I could land anything, then I woke up and was sad.

its where you dream, but then you realize youre dreaming so you control your dream and you can do whatever the fuck you want

I used to try to ski but whenever I tried I would get to the mountain, and be missing equipment weather its boots or skis. It was awful

i fucking love to fly in my dreams, one time, i could fly and completely control myself and i hate a pencil and if you pushed on the eraser it shot fire out the tip, i terrorized the town

I've done it before, I subconciously make descisions for example, I get in a car accident and I think "Damn, I'm dead", but I survive. Sometime I can control it, weird.

alright, tonight is official lucid dreaming night, you must fall asleep with thoughts of what you want to dream about, you must focus, and once your lucid if you start waking up or losing the dream, look at the ground and focus, try to keep the image there

its actually something that you kinda have to "train" for best one that ive learned to do, is everytime you look at a clock look at it twice in real life. this trains your mind to do it subconciously and in dreams if you look at a clock once, its never the same time as if you look at it again

1+2=2 made a cult. i learned to do it from reading all the shit in there. i forgot all about it though, like i could do it every other time i tried. it was fucking amazing. ill have to try and have one tonight or tomorrow. they are sweet, but i am usually tired when i have them a lot. maybe cause your brain is still working more than dreaming?
