how strong are you? if you way 100pounds then heavy, if you are average weight then they are average weight skis.

im 5 11 155lbs. im not obese im fairly strong I rode 159 PE's last yr so it will def be a change

i was looking at them and they arent heavy by any means. since your probably going to go bigger they will def be heavier than you PE's but compared to the same size PE's i bet they arent that much different as far as weight goes

Mine feel really light, but with bindings, they feel moderately heavy, however, my binders are all metal

My pair (2 skis) of 176's are 7 1/2 pounds. Just over 3lbs per ski. Pretty light in my opinion

After switching from PE's, AR6's will feel a ton lighter. I did the same switch but a few years ago from PE's to AR5's.
