Sorenson squeeze and exporting out of adobe premier

I looked through a lot of threads on the search bar but unforuntiantly a lot of people just said "search bar" and since it can only display 50 threads. Can we get a better search bar?

Anyway I just recently got into video editing and made a few short edits. Exported them with adobe in default AVI format. Unfortunately at 2 min clip is 800 MB.

I have seen a lot of people post about sorenson squeeze but I cant find a free copy and was wondering if anyone had a key code.

I am looking to upload on to youtube or somewhere on the internet.

I am also interested in making a DVD at the end of the season with all my edits on it and give it to my buddies. What is a good program for making DVD's? Can I play them on any player?

I looked at pro and you have to pay for it. There has to be a way to export smaller files some one help me out. PLZ
