Does anyone else ever experience a really odd sensation after stretching? Usually I get it after sitting for a while, and i get up, hold my breath and stretch my whole body and then i get very lightheaded and have to sit and pretty much get really fucked up for about 30 seconds or so. I figure its just a headrush or whatever, but it is much stronger than your usual being lightheaded. Its such a weird feeling i cant even describe it, its like being crazy for half a minute, you cant think straight and your thoughts cant be controlled, and as soon as it comes its gone. I know everyone experiences a headrush or rush of blood to the head after sitting for a while, but this is much stronger and weirder.
after i get up from siting down some times my vision just goes into like tunnel vision then whites out, lasts a minute then goes away i just need to make sure not to walk into anything during it
all the time. it's really bad...when your standing on top of a cliff...it just makes it like four times worse and scares the hell out of you cause...your on top of a cliff.
Well, the only thing that happens to me is that whenever I get up from sitting or lying down, I feel really lightheaded, lost track of what everyone is saying or doing for about 10 seconds, and then get really dizzy.
Yeah, pretty much the same here. After waking up, I suddenly get like headrush, a bit of head throbbing, dizzy, and my vision always like blacks out for a couple seconds... it's weird. Or it happens after I've been sitting for a long time... and I kinda have to lean on someting for support when it hapens.
yes!! after you like get up and stretch you like cant control yourself and have to sit back down, its even more intense then when you just stand up real quick. im gonna do it when i get up, i cant wait.
when i sit down for a long time and stand up my eyes black out and i cant see anything, sometimes my legs go weak and i kinda stumble around if i try to walk
