ok here is the thing, i just bought myself a creative zen vision m and i am trying to connect it to my computer. i plug this shit in and downnloaded the software and everything and it still wont show up on either wmp or the software that came with it. it wont turn on when it is unplugged or plugged into the comp.
i was hoping some one on here has an idea of what the problem is and could help me out
oh and i called the tech support guys and they are closed and im leaving for cape cod tomorow
