Replying to Big Mountain Skis -- Rossi vs Dynastar
I'm looking to get a new pair of big mountain skis this season and want to choose the best ski between these two companies (yes I am aware that they are essentially the same). I would prefer a directional ski on the longer side that will float in pow, power through the crud, stay stable hauling ass, and be manuverable enough for trees. I also have a nack for finding every exposed rock on the hill so something with a solid base and strong edges.
Like i said, I would prefer a directional ski, but if you have good things to say about the scratch or big trouble I'll hear it. I am 6'4 180lbs and have been on pocket rockets (great ski btw) but want something stiffer. And I ski Tahoe and Mammoth mostly to give you an idea of the terrain.
Basically, this is a B-Squad vs. Legend showdown.
Lets get it on...
