I am 5'11 and around 155 lbs. I ski mainly at Mount Bachelor and Willamete Pass. The terrain i ski is probably 50% groomers, 25% backcountry or powder, and 25% park. This next season though i plan on sking 40% powder, 40% Park, and 20% groomers. Last season i skied a 169 K2 Apache recon. I ski pretty well, no simon dumont or eric pollard, but i go where i want pretty much on the local mountains. I skied on my friends 169 Seth pistols, and i was wondering if apair of 07/08 seths would be a good match for me?
yeah, but when i got the recons at the begining of the season i was 5'8 135 pounds, so anything bigger than 169 was hard to push around. How should they be mounted? Ive heard that the reccomended mounting spot is too far back. Center mount?
you def. want the 179s trust me. and you dont want to center mount seths...maybe like a +3 or something? im no expert so im not sure about the exact spot to mount em....
