a girl in my grade at my highschool that i graduated from last year got made sophomore year. It was definitely hte worst made ever, because they never showed it again haha

The next town over is gonna be on the show and I think a few years back our high school played a town in football or soccer and there was a kid from the opposing team who was being "made" into an athlete or something.

I dont know any of the people that have gotten made but there was a guy on there that was a coach that ive met... he was a motivational speaker at my highschool, he did a whole thing about the 5 Ts take the time to think....

they came to my high school a couple years ago and recruited people but our principal decided it would not represent our school appropriately and cancelled it

well i'll give the story (kind of long but w/e read it if you have nothing to do)

i was in nyc for the day (i live like 30 minutes away) just hanging out with friends and stuff, and later for dinner we had reservations for the hard rock cafe.  so we get inside and see two big tv cameras and all lighting stuff at a table close by.  so we all thought it was some big celebrity or something, and then we saw it was just some girl with what seemed to be her family and friends.  after maybe 10 minutes the camera guys leave and then we hear an announcement that the girl at the table was having her sweet sixteen in a week or so, and that she was in NY to look for a dress and see the city. so then me and my friends knew she had to be going on the show.  so everybody sings and she gets a cake and blah blah blah.  then  finally after succumbing to peer pressure, i go over to her table and wish her a happy birthday and start chatting it up with her family telling them how i live real close to the city and pretty much just other B.S. 
so yea after like 10 minutes of talking i finally get to asking her (amberly?i think ) about the party and stuff and she tells me that the invitations were already handed out and the party was planned and was like the next week,  but she'd like if i could come.  so i was all down for it thinking it would be in nyc, but then she said it was gonna be in virginia i think.  at the time i couldn't drive, and knowing my mom would never drive me to virginia for a sweet 16, i had to decline. 


so yea if you skipped down here, long story short,  i met a girl who was on the show in the hard rock cafe, and she asked me to go to the party but i couldn't go.
