Camera Help

Hey know there are alot of threads, but i couldnt really find what i was looking for. I've filmed surfing, and this winter would like to branch out and start filming skiing. I was wondering what the best camera would be for these two. Ive been looking at the gl2 and vx21/2k mainly, and out of those which would be the most consumer friendly and easiest to tweek and get the colors i want?

i would definetly get the sony vx2100 for snow purposes..i have the gl2 and i love it, but the vx is just that much bettter
