Help get videos on my PSP

So i do not know how im supposed to get downloaded videos onto my PSP. i know i have to make the Video folder. I think im supposed to make other folders for each video but idk. and the videos i get are gonna be off from google video. it says dowlaod for my psp or something. i drag that into the folder and it doesnt work. also i have a mac if that makes a difference.

Do you know how to put music on your PSP? If you know how I'd say just save them and drag them into the Video file, not sure what kind of file they have to be though.

yea i can get music on there and they have to be mp4 and named a certain way and i did all that and it still doesnt work
