Tanner's a hypocrite

We all know he is a hypocrite, but the last act of hyprocracy is of such short duration that it is laughable. Didn't he call out Jon a couple months ago for his double, or "circus tricks" and claim he was taking skiing in the wrong direction? Then Tanner learns kangaroo flips at the glacier, which he will probably incorporate into his comp runs next year? The guy rips, but he needs to learn to not talk, ever.

ya tanner isn't the smartest or best guy out there, but he is a pretty damn good skier and got our sport on the map, so we can be thankful for that. but i do kinda think he can be a douchebag sometimes

your a fag go snowlerblade your self of a 500 foot cliff into the ocean ....You dont know shit about skiing or the proper direction it should be heading in ,tanners a very sick skier and a nice guy just becasue you don't agree with him on his vision and what tricks he does doesnt mean you should come on the internet and talk shit, tanner does talk it up but he backs all his talk with action and when he talks he only has the best intrests of the sport in mind....

Tanner was there at the very beginings of the sport when we used to throw down on mogul skis and would get kicke out of the park by gay ski patrolers , and 80% of snowboarders would talk shit, you werent even a potential carpet stain then soo why dont you just do the worlda favour and shoot yourself ....Tanner has done more for the sport of freeskiing than almost anyone.

This thread is fucking stupid. Just because Tanner does a double flips doesn't mean he's going to incorporate it into his comp career. Plus he doesn't even do slopestyle... and, he's done double backs in the past.

I bet i and many others have seen him smoking pot and making an ass of himself.  I am still surprised that he has fans.  Sure he is one of the great skiers of our time and that is cool and all, but how can you like a guy who is a total dick.

besises did you ever think that tanner was trying to show that he wasn't hating on the kangaroo flip because he couldnt do it. mad peeps have always attacked him for not being able to do this or that aspect of skiing. he was just showing his critics that he could do the shit he doesnt like he just usually chooses not to. he did that kangaro flip to prove he could do it. all the haters just wish they were as good as him

tanner is hands down the best skiier ever there is nothing he cant do

for example

*first person to hit chads switch then was doing switch 9's
*switch 10's in the pipe and he is now doing 1260 to flat 3 to switch 7 or 10
*destroys powder and BC jumps
*super super good stlye
*can easily do dub flips
*crazy good on rails like with the nollies and shit
*kills park even though he doesnt ride it that much

the list goes on

so for all the "tanner haters" u are have obviously got no idea about skiing and should stick to ur drop knee 1 footed octa grab grinds and stop hating on good skiiers

he has said some stupid things, but not as bad as regular people have. The only reason when he says something people get mad is 'cuz he's on top. If he was just alright nobody would give a shit. Tanner slays basically every aspect of freeskiing and he shouldn't be hated on for speaking his mind imo.

I was under the impression that his fellow pros thought he was a decent guy?
