Replying to Uploading Pics

ok so i got a whole crap load of pics i shot on my digi cam.

their about 14mb's and are .tiff files.

anyone know somewhere where i can upload them so i can link them in newschoolers.
or does anyone know how to make them smaller without sacrificing quality so i can just upload them in newschoolers?
