How do I get the strap into a different set of outriggers? Any help is much appreciated!

if your looking from behind push with your thumb on the tab on the inside of the strap closest to the frame and it should pop right out.

i got that part but how do i get the strap out of the outriggers and into a new set of outriggers

push the end of the strap (the plastic that connects to the outrigger) horizontally starting with the bottom thru the outrigger.

okay, look at the goggle from the inside out. Look outside of where the strap is, there's this one part thats like a clip right where the outrigger meets the strap, it's pretty obvious.
What I do is get a knife under it, and push it toward the strap, and then you just push the strap in more. Then what I do is push the plastic part where that "clip" was, because that's the only part it fits thru, and pull any strap still stuck in the hole out.
