haha. me too. sometimes my mom goes crazy, not in a bad way, and for a week she will bake a ton of stuff. Everyday fresh cookies cakes and pies, it's fuckin' awesome.

I do that. I get bored and make about 3 types of biscuit and 2 cakes. All from scratch, and usually at about 1am. They never last more than a couple of days (and there's only 2 of us in the house)
