they look great, and according to the sia 2007-2008 they should be awesome, but are they? since i cant seem to find anything about them on the net and cant even find a supplier, i need the ns comunitys help.
Thats cause noone has them yet, or very few. They are like the 916 except lighter of course. Solly says made for the park peeps that need a high din binding, but not the weight of it. Like I mentioned its a 916 with plastic toe wings and heel piece I believe. It also has the new heel track that theyre also putting on their other bindings to prevent a tear out. Sound good if you want a light, high din binding.
No one knows much about next years stuff, because we havent ridden much of it. You will find more accurate info on websites like www.proctorjones.com , www.tramdock.com .etc) than the bullshit you read in the forums on NS.
They look and feel very solid...its not a new binding. There have been a few pars of them releases in 14 din versions as the 914 s-lab. Its essntially a 916 chassis with standard plastic heel cups and toe wings/body. All the power and din of a 916, but in a lighter platform...
They have been making a 130mm brake for 2 years now. Well before they had their own ski in the Salomon Rocker. The STH is different from the 914/916/920 Lab in that the heel piece has been redesigned so it has more metal and is tougher. The AFD also on the STH is different from the Lab of last year.
