Getting pictures off EOS

I ussually use my other computer to get pictures of my EOS but im on vaca right now and im using my laptop but when i hook it up i cant get the pictures off. Doesnt even see that there is something connected. Wanna help out?

Does it recognize it under hardware? Right click on my computer then properties then click the hardware tab then device manager. If it's in there and has a yellow circle next to it you need to install drivers. Google it if you don't know how. If it's not there then your computer is not seeing it. Try a different port and make sure it's plugged in to the computer before turning it on.
