like for instance my mom

"thats a pretty gangsA shirt"(emphasizing the A in gangsta)
"i wish my jeep was pimped out like his"

i dont talk like this but she thinks i do and talks like that ALL THETIME.
its horrible

Ha I bought some bright red cropped jeans the other day, and showed them to my mum, and the next day she shows me a pair of bright red cropped pants she'd just bought.
Mine were skinny, hers weren't, but it was still so weird!
And she just went on and on about how she went out for drinks and didn't get in until 2:30am ("wow, thats the coolest thing ever mum?")

its the simple day to day phrases that she screws up....

My parents have taken up the word "sketchy", but for the most part they have no idea what I'm talking about. Whenever I start using a new word I always get the weirdest looks, especially "dope" and "balla". I don't say them seriously, but I forget that it doesn't have the same effect on my parents as friends, so my mom will ask me why I want something and I'll tell her that I want it because it's "balla as shit" and she just stares at me like what the fuck is my son doing with his time. Good story, eh?
