basically it is about the US government and how coppurt it really is. forget everything you ever knew about 9/11, and US war itself, becasue this movie digs very deeply, and comes up with not only evidence, but proof that 9/11 was orchestrated by those behind th4e curtain of the american government. It also starts with how completly false and contrived the basis of christianity really is, and how the bible is merely an astrological metaphor.

How we are on a verge of becoming a one world government in the next few decades...and our rights are being taken away.

That is exactly as i understood it. You have to be critical of everything and find the truth for yourself. This movie brings about extremly interesting points that I have seen rallied over and over again throughout differnt parts of the "underground media." For this reason i praise the internet as it allows a place for free ideas to be transferred. However, at the same time the internet provides unlimited information on how to track a person and find out loads of info about them, who thier friends are etc. For instance soo much information about you can be picked off of facebook,myspace, or even NS your IP address can be tracked, and every post you've ever made can be read in some place as almost all sites are backed up. This means that in the future if these forces do appear and thier is a full out clash between the above forces and the general public, they have infomative means to track you down, and make you disapeear. THIS SCARES ME A SHIT LOAD. We are nowhere near the this point yet, but if it does happen, you should be very aware of your actions. I don't know if I would be a nuetral, friend or foe in the future, most likely none of this will develop into a large scale visible conflict.....right now its up us to make as many people as we can think freely, and Know what is happening in the world around them. Regardless of if these stories are truth or fiction, there seems to be something a foot. This makes me sound paranoid and crazy, but reason do i have to not believe in this stuff, or at least be cautious of the idea?

have any of you actually looked into the evidence presented in this movie, how easy would it be THEY say is the truth... the maker of this video could be doing the same thing u say the government did by twisting the truth.

Anything can be proved in this world...and people are so gullible they will believe anything. There is also much info out there that proves the U.S. gov was never involved in 9/11. Of course that was left out of the movie.

Okay, I posted this in NS thinkers but I thought it was good. Don't bitch about how long it is, read it or don't.

First off, I just want to say that this is an interesting movie and I plan to watch all of it. I've only watched Part I, and I'm going to go ahead and tear most of his argument apart.

There are so many places I could start, but the main point is that most of this stuff is simply coincidence. If you go through something as broad and massive as all of human history up to Jesus, you are bound to find some similarities. I'm not impressed by all the prophets he says have similar characteristics to Jesus. When people create myths of gods/prophets, it is not that astounding that many of them have virgin births. If you believe there is a being that is divine but came to earth, what easier way to do that than to have a human mother and divine father. Bam, virgin birth. It wasn't stolen from other cultures, it is simply the most convenient explanation for creating these figures.

The thing where he said that Moses came down to see the Israelites worshiping the bull symbolizes the transition to a new "age" had some pretty weak backup. First, the physical time it takes for these constellations to shift is unimaginable. It's not like you wake up one morning and the sun is now in a new constellation or whatever. It takes a long-ass time, and you probably wouldn't even notice a change in a lifetime, much less for however long Moses was on the mountain.

Also, I couldn't find for sure, but I'm almost positive that the Zodiac calendar we use today didn't exist back then, at least not in the same form. Jesus representing the age of Pisces was pretty stupid too. Of course you're going to find a few fish references in there, that's all the people ate! I'm not convinced. Moving on...

Where he said the Ten Commandments were "stolen" from the Egyptian Book of the Dead, did anyone else notice that there were about five highlighted from about a hundred rules? Of course you're going to find a rule that says "Do not kill" in other cultures, you couldn't really have a good civilization without it.

And if he is so convinced that the Church was set up to manipulate masses of people, why isn't the Vatican today calling all Catholics to go get some new land? I'm sure the pope could use a new vacation home, he needs a tan. No, it's because the Church truly believes what it teaches. It's not based on some epic conspiracy. If what he said really was true, why wouldn't the Church have shut it down?

That being said, there are some interesting points in the movie. And no, I'm not saying that the Bible should be literally interpreted or that Christianity is the only true faith, or even that I know Jesus existed for sure.(Although most scholars agree he did.) I'm also not saying that the Church is perfect. Far from it. I was just pissed off at how damn sure of himself this guy was. He'd say " Well most people believe blah blah blah, but the REALITY is this." Yeah, well how the fuck do you know? We don't even know for sure what's going on in the world today, and we sure as hell don't know everything that went on thousands of years ago. We'll probably never know for sure whether there is a God. I believe there Jesus existed, but I'm not sure. This guy believes Jesus didn't, which is fine, but he doesn't know for sure and should stop pretending like he does.

Now I'll shut up and go watch the rest of the movie. If anyone wants to respond that would be awesome.

like I said in NS thinkers alot the people on this forum blindly accepted this movie as truth just like the religous individuals criticize. i really wish i could meet the asshole who made this film

personally i found the first part to be the most fucked and out there, it held no real grounds and didn't link up to anything....the second part had some interesting parts that made you wonder more about 9/11, like how the buildings collasped in such an implosion like factor, the fall of building 7 or whatever, and the molten steal.          The banks financing war is super belivable......it makes perfect sense, Why do you have to belive that because the people are americans they are good people?  there are bad people in ever nation of the world that will do anything to better themselves.  Think of all the leaders that have order the deaths of millions of civilians.  WAR is money, i've learned this in school in economic classes, its just a fact of life. Even if this part of the movie is not truth it holds  more steadfats than any other part in the movie.  If any part of the movie has somethign to say it is this section, and you should at least acknowledge and consider the possability of such plan.  What doens't make sense about a plan like that? The embeded chip thing holds a lot of dangers to freedom, this is slowly becoming a reality, and its does have many benifical practical uses, but it can also easily bee used as a crazy controlling factor. 

Actually I disagree with you. It's kind of funny, because my Origin's of Christianity TA from last fall semester, is actually pursuing her phd writing a thesis on the Zodiac and it's applicaton throughout religion.

The Zodiac was developed in Mesopotamia and in the Nile River Valley between 4500 and 5000 BCE. Of course people just didn't wake up and notice changes in the cycles. Philosophers and early scientists did record things. The Babylonians actually had an excellent system of writing and book keeping. They knew what the fuck was going on up there.

I think you're getting the wrong idea. The film isn't saying that Christianity copied off off the other religions. It's just showing how nearly all relgions are based off of the same thing. And seriously... there are far too many coincidences in my mind. But if you really think about it... the stars and other celestial objects in the sky were the thing that was most unexplainable to people back then. It makes sense that people would symbolically represent these events. And I mean c'mon dude... I don't think it's simply mere coincidence that many religions "just happen" to pick the time of Winter Solstice as their time of birth. I find the part about the Obelisk most interesting. Considering it's the focal point in St. Peter's Square. And traditionally it clearly a Pagan symbol.

I'm going to watch the film again though... I'm not quite sure about the whole "wobble effect" they were talking about though. My TA never mentioned anything like that before. So I definitely have to re-check that.

my thoughts on the movie.

part 1.
 Religion is a modern (actual) mythology. It is regarded the same way greek mythology (yup, zeus, aries and all those gods) was regarded thousands of years ago. It dosen't neccisaraly rip off other religions. Its like a copy with no original (a good example of this phenominom is ciment. The romans were the first to invent ciment only for it to be lost and then rediscoverd centuries later.  If roman ciment was the original, dose that neccisaraly mean that the guy who reinvented ciment copied them? Maybe he got the idea from them, but worked it out on his own, just like with religion.)

 But all in all i too belive religion is complete BULL SHIT.

part 2.
 The whole 9/11 incident is quit convinient, but the question is for who?  The Affgans didn't get anything from it, Osama had to live in a hole because of it, the US goverment had a CAUSE to go to war. The thing is that war means money, lots of it. And if the whole loaning with intrest stuff is correct, then the central bank would make a shit load of money. Lets not forget that a shit load of money can make people do pretty much anything.
 The people in power had many motives to join  WWI, WWII and and start the Vietnam war. mostley money and power. The idea that the Vietnam war was never ment to be won, but to but sustaind has alot of logic to it. the longer the war goes on, the more money the banks loan, the more intrest that has to be returned, the more money in the bankers wallets. But a country can't just go to war, their has to be a reason for it to do so. The sinking of the Lusitania gave reason for America to enter WWI, Pearl Harbor for WWII, and the Vietnames attack against amircan forces for Vietnam. Keeping in mind that history repets itself, it would be very logical that 9/11 was the cause of the war on terror, but the motives for all those wars aren't 100% clear.

  If  the US goverment was behind the first 3 incedents (as it would seem, all those could have been easily avoided), wouldn't it be logical for them to be behind 9/11. 
 
 Plus, i doubt that 2 plains could do so much damage to 3 buildings in NY.

The book of the dead was a thing every egyptian wrote before they died i believe, In which they would name off sins that they had not committed and then the god of the underworld would compare the weight of their heart to the weight of a feather.
