Thinking of buying a very cheap digi camcorder

I am thinking of getting a super cheap camera just cuz I think it would be fun to film me and my buddies skiing and stuff. I know everyone on here has super nice hd stuff and whatnot but im not a pro at video and i sure am not at skiing either so it would be a waste of money. So, I am looking to get something for about $200. This is because I'm not even sure how much use it would get, so I dont want to buy something really nice and have it collect dust. I can always sell and upgrade if I use it a lot.
I have been looking around trying to find some reviews on decent cameras, and it seems like the sony HC28 had some pretty decent reviews. So if anyone has, or knows of some good cameras in that price range let me know.
Thanks a lot

go to future shop or best buy and see what they have in your price range and pick one. i think they all do the same thing around that price. i'd get a editing program too.

Thanks for that link man, it seems all the reviews on amazon say that thing is amazing. Anyone else got anything they like or have used, or just brands to buy or stay away from?
Thanks again.

I know im not going to get a sweet camera, but i just dont want the worst one out there. I could get a decent deal I bet though, I mean at least like 50 bucks off if I buy online over in the store, so really I should have said a camera up to $300.
