07 ar6 vs. 08 ar6

ok so these are the skis i wanna get for next season but im wondering if theres any big changes from last year besides the graphics. Like have they made it so the top sheet and edges chip less, and will the lightness of the 08 make much of a difference? im just trying to decide if it would be worth more money to get the new ones

alright heres the word on the street, the 08 reduced weight and chipping, but not much on weight.

def. dont get that 07 shit because of chipping simply. i'm prob gonna get the 08, because you know its money. i hear its way soffter than the 06 ar5 (which i have), so yea my advice buy it the newest you can, its def worth it on warranty, which i've learned its pretty important in the ski industry.

more good advice, put a good solid binding on it, preferably from this year.

its all about the warranty because armadas way chill about warranty. hope this helps man. peace

I had an option between the 07's and 08's from tyson on my warranty. He told me that the only difference is the topsheet. I went with the 07's because the 08's look like a cross between a shipwreck and a ferris wheel soaked in sloth vomit.

dude i dont think this applies. warrenties start from the time the ski is purchased, not from the time the ski is made.

its armada's cheap ski. i dont know much about it besides that its capped rather than has sidewalls but it would save you some money.

I jsut got a pair of 08' Ar6's and i think that they are cool. But definatly not the coolest graphic.

youre dumb as a stump fool... i havent herd anything about them changing, i would just get the 07's cuz they are pretty much the same, (the new ones may be a little wider, or lighter, but not enough to change the ski).. and the 07's in my opinion look better, the new ones are kinda wierd looking i think.

you shut the fuck up you tool. all skis chip thats just being realistic, if you havent learned that then your fucking retarted. If you wanna spend the extra like 400$ then get the 08 if you wanna still get a sick ski for like 300$ then get the 07.
