so i was at track one day during school last year. I was laying on our highjump mat and descided to try a backflip. I get up and get all ready jump spin half way untuck land on my face. My friends said my face was under my back and level with it to.
So now whenever im on a tramp i chicken out and cant do them. it pisses me off. How should i learn them now?
