Follow Cam Handle

I didnt find anything about this on the search bar, so i was wondering, how do you make a good follow cam handle that goes into a shotgun mic slot/ does anyone one here have one that they could sell?

in not going to search for it but there was a thread titled something like "post your camera set up" and there were a few handle set ups in there
