OK, so you opened a shop in SF which is dope, but you need to be lookin' closer to home and open a shop in Burlington, VT. There are only two shops right in town (The Alpine Shop and The Skirack) and neither of them have a good selection of twintips or a staff that knows anything about freeskiing. If you opened a shop in Burlington I know tons of kids who would go there exclusively, and I would love to be the shop's first employee hehe.
it is kinda pointless but keep in mind burton is for snowboarders, predator doesnt sell hardgoods and the line factory is in vashon island now. also the alpine shop and the skirack suck. uhh to answer your first thing i dont know what d-structure's screen name is so i cant pm them
dude the SF store is mainly a blade shop. I still check it out every few weeks. It's also probably one of the only shops to ever sell twins in SF too besides places like Sports Authority which only carry "the 420" made specially for those types of shops. DSI is deffantly a sick shop for being on Haight St. For anyone who's ever been to SF it's not a type of shop like FTC or SFO packed with product from every company. D-structure SF is an art gallery\shop which makes it so awesome because it's keeps being updated with new art all the time.
yea i actually checked it out a week ago and they had absolutely nothing. im sure that in the winter they have more but they didnt even have art up when i was there. it was one rack of t-shirts down the middle of the shop and 5 pairs of blades on the side. i have to say, it was a little disappointing. it was also way out of the way. most of the shops on haight street are way down the street. im sure its a dope shop with the ski stuff and art in it but i guess i just hit it at a bad time.
yeah that would be really good. cause montreal is close and all, but with all the resorts in vermont, nh, ny and even maine, this would be a good investment for them.
D-Structure is dope and all, but I was extremely disappointed with their SF store. There was basically nothing in it when I went there, and everything was ridiciously over-priced. The people who run and own it are chill guys, don't get me wrong, but most people can't drop that much for hoodies and t-shirts.
Well currently the SF shop is in their summer mode. I was just there picking up a check cause we have a few of our T- designs in the shop. The staff is way cool, and they have all kinds of art shows and parties. Alot of creativity is coming out of the DS shop up there. By Fall they will have all the freeskiing gear back in. Its a one of a kind shop for sure.
