Replying to My skis blew up. can i warrenteeeee?

so i have some 07 TM's.  i do a lot of rails.  most of the edge on one side of BOTH skis completely blew out.  i brought them into the shop, and they did a complete edge replacement for me.  still not very pretty.  also, these TM's don't have the little black re-inforcement strips underfoot like all the other pairs i've seen.  looking back on it, i should have sent them in when the edges first blew out, but now that they're replaced, do you think they're warrenty-worthy?
