then again.  maybe he was justified because skateboards can be a potential dangerous weapon.  what if the kids had bats in their hands then it would make it okay for the cop to use force right?

i think it is shitty how the officer acted. BUT he was within his rights. when you dont do as the officer says the first time, it is considered resisting arrest. When the kids wouldnt let him cuff them, he did what he needed to do to control the situation, keep himself safe, and take the kids in.

they were all apart of the same group.  and you didn't see the start of that video, so how can you say that he attacked them "without any warning or even talking to the guy"  this is just like the kramer video.  we never saw what set the guy off, all we see is the poor innocent black people.  its all a crock of shit.  its called selective editing.  you should be used to it by now.  after all, you watch the news don't you?

And again, maybe everyone hating on the cop should read what happened in the court case.... know why he was cleared. Honestly, it's not the best decision to make conclusions based on ONE SIDE of opinions. You only know half the story.

Cops I have dealt with have been complete dicks for no reason. I'm not saying all cops are complete assholes, just the ones I've dealt with. Oh and that cop looks like a complete fucker. I'd be so pissed.
