Changing colors on radar detectors

so my told me that there is this program and i can get and if i hook my radar detector up to my computer, i can change the colors of the LED lights. i cant find any, does anybody know anything about that? i have a Bel RX-65 Pro

the blue light rx65's are like $50 more than the red led ones.

umm if its led you wont be able to change the colors without switching like a plastic cover or sumthing
