we just did our first sesh with the new coping on our boxes. I got vinyl corners and we put them on the edges, and now we slide 10x better.
the best part is that vinyl corners are used as packing material, so the guy at home depot sold me 30 feet of it for $1...if you need cheap coping, you should try to get some of this stuff
