Its not nontoxic, it contains denatured alchohol which has purposely been spoiled with chemical additives. Drinking it can cause blindness and brain-death... If it werent denatured it would be taxed as a beverage.

I actually read a study a little while ago done by a dude who was looking at those hand sanatizer stations that they've put in all the hospitals. Apparently, if they're put within 100 feet of each other, they could ignite and cause a explosive chain reaction if there is a fire...
