Computer case

I also have access to a laser cutter and cnc machine so I've been thinking about making my own. I know it would cost a bit more but it would be alot of fun.

Anyone know what the second, second from last and the last one are?

i dont see the point in buying expansive cases. Im putting together a new computer right now myself, the parts should get here today actually. It's more of an upgrade rather than a complete new computer though. Im keeping my old case, which is pretty horrible. It only has one fan opening in the back. I plan on cutting some more fan openings on the sidepanel though to get some better cooling because i'll probably do some overclocking. I say design your own case, or maybe even just your side and front panel. Cause you could get a ton of cooling depending on how you design it. When your deciding on where to place the fans though try to keep in mind airflow. You want to create a couple little airflow systems to keep individual parts cool.

I was thinking of taking an old case, taking off all the sides and such and just use the frame then use plexiglass or something.

Id look on newegg.com for a case as all the ones you posted are on there for purchase. They have a case like the second one but with handles to look like the G5 (shown below)
and antec nine hundred is siiick (shown below)

Building your own would be more money and taking the sides off wouldnt be a bad idea if you wanted to plexi it. just make sure you vent it on the sides with some slits and fans. problem with a clear case is that you have to take it apart and dust it all the time, trust me... sucks.. you see finger prints and every spec of dust. hope that helps you some.
