Ski and snowboard movie

this might sound like a stupid idea but here it goes..... i think it would be awesome to see a movie where skiing and snowboarding would both be featured, not like warren miller:(

a movie where some of the most creative minds in both industry's would come together and make one super sick movie.

company's like mackdawg, rage, poorboyz, level one, and the company who is making Apples and Oranges.

if you could use the best of all these company's talents and put it into one movie it would be AMAZING to see what they could produce.

dont say "skiing and snowboarding are different so it couldn't work" at the root of both our sports is the same basic desire to have a great time doing what we love.

i strongly agree, showing both ripping up parks and the bc would be an awesome movie, especially after seeing that mack dawg trailer.

agreed! someone should do it, but from the looks of it it wont happen
also, it seems like the majority of people who would buy a snowboard movie wouldnt be that much into the snowboarding scene, and may still beleive that whole no skier bullshit.

you guys check out Voleurz, YES/NO/MAYBE, and next year's More For The Astronauts. Lots of BC locals, both skiing and snowboarding. Y/N/M also had mountain biking and skateboarding in it.

That would be awesome...the group i hang out with has a bunch of skiers and a bunch of boarders...the amount of stuff we learn from each other is huge. It would be great to have a movie that featured both, cuz right now we either watch one or the other and it always seems a little weird

worrrrd deffinetly, would help bring the sports a little closer together and show both sides so that people dont think of skiers as gapers. (even though any decent snowboarder knows the difference between a freeskier and a hotdogger)

tgr does indeed film boarders, but the tgr movies i can recall the boarders were pretty much slaying mountains and not parks. if there was an artistic approach to the cross-sport movie, think Teddy Bear Crisis crossed with Mack Dawg, that would be glorious

I think a well known ski film company (MSP or PBP or something) should team up wth IMAX films to make an IMAX movie. that would be so dope. Imagine watching a whistler superbooter sesh on an imax screen
