ummm its sort of a pain i think, you have to send high school stuff again because you dont have enough college credits for them to base anything on yet. so you have to send high school and that semesters stuff, so that seems like it would be a little bit of a pain

i transfered just this year after i finished freshman year. It wasnt too bad. i went from Keene state college to Uconn. I didnt have much trouble. my high school guidance counselor is my neighbor so that was easy and then you just have to write an essay and send your transcripts

I transferred to UVM after one semester at a Mass. state school. It was easy and I even got on-campus housing.

I was told not to expect it because it was halfway through the year but unless there are long waiting lists (something you'll need to ask about) people are transferring out too, so you just end up replacing those kids. Depends on the school entirely, though.

I transferred from community college to michigan state after one semester. I was accepted during summer though and I roomed with my friend who found an open room and claimed it for second semester with me.

it really shouldnt be that big of a problem because i know a lot of seniors that only need one semester to graduate so theyre housing opens up and just like your transfering im sure others are transfering out of that school as well
