You have to use a box-cutter to cut the frames and lenses right down the middle. Then post pictures on this thread and we'll tell you the next step...

you put them in warm water for 15 minutes. then take them out push on the back of the lens (inside) with a blunt, metallic object in order to create the necissary friction. be sure they are wet when you start doing this, then use a hair dryer progressively to allow it to 'pop' out.
