Skullcandy Ti Problem

For some reason my Ti's don't produce sound in the right ear.  I took a quick look at the wiring and it looked fine.  I would normally just not care that much but I can hear sound in both ears if the volume is really low, it is weird, but it has given me hope.  Any ideas? Should I take them completely apart?

this happened to my earbuds (not skullcandies but whatever) the problem was the wiring in the inline mute button, if you have something like that on the Ti's check it to see if anythings wrong

Send them into skull candy, you'll get new ones in a week or two.

The problem is, there was some plastic damage that I have had for nearly 8 months on the extender part of the right side, I don't think that that part is the problem but it could be seen as the cause.  I think that will void free replacement.

i have the ti's the warenty said if in your life time the audio goes out they will fix or replace them

My friend snapped his GIs by the ear piece, audio worked fine, and sent them in and got new ones for free.

send em in, skullcandy has the sickest warrent out there. i sent in my skullcrushes and after a while no response. so i called them up and they said they never got them, lost in the mail or something. so they just sent me a new pair

go on the website and email them or if you have all the information that came with the headphones and address or phone number should be there. and send them in a box

go to their website and there's a place to get a Return Authorization number

i sent mine in via USPS and now i'm just waiting for them to get there.. USPS is sooo sloooooww
