Well just got a new skimboard

Yeah im comming home from school and my moms like yeah you got something in the mail. Im thinking its the second roll of my USPS stickers but shes like its really big! Like a board or something. Im like a board...I didnt order anything. Well finds out my dad wanted to make my beach experience a nice one cause he knows I hate it. I like to skim board but i always used my friends so he went out and bought me one on the fly. I was like woah thanks dad. Anyways I know shit about them so you tell me if its good or not. Its a Victoria Woody. For those of you who dont know what it looks like....

its about 60 bucks, its hard to keep balance cuz no textured top or traction pads. wont do well wave skimming

but thats cool

good for just skimming the beach- u need a hollow fiberglass board to get into waves- but theyre like up to 350- i have a similar model but fiberglass

it's fine for what you're gonna be doing.  since it doesn't seem like you go to the beach much, i doubt you would be ready to skim the shorebreak and stuff.  you can still have fun just skiiming the beach though.

yeah i just have a fiberglass one meant for just skimming the beach and going into about 1ft deep water. if its flat, you can get over some waves, just put your weight to the tail of the board

yeah just skim the beach and do shove its and stuff, you will have a lot of fun, also if you want to get down to the other end of the beach fast you can tear ass down there on a skim board....mad fun if you live in a flat place like maine.

i dont know much about skimboarding and the only skimboards ive tried are homemade and our lakes suck but ihave so much fun
