Summer rail jam near buffalo

I am looking to organize a summer jam near buffalo, one of epic proportions(many truckloads of rink snow) so this is where i want to plan it, toss out some possible locations and good dates to have it, also if nobody has a truck it would cost a couple bucks a person so we could rent a truck from home depot or something
Additionally, i have some pvc rails, but if anybody has metal rails that we could use that would be preferable.
Let the planning begin

I emailed holiday valley and kb twice and got no responses, if you can help me get one organized it definilty wouldn't be too hard to organize

Eh, I don't see KB or HV doing it. We'd have to do a backyard one if you ask me.
KB and HV have little to no support for park riding, and especially something that offers little revenue to them.
Honestly, KB is pretty much closed this time of year. Have you posted anything on the HV forums to see what type of response you get from them?

there was a thread a while ago and a lot of people said they would go, so do you know of any good locations to have it, like somebody's yard who owns a lot of rails

I was thinking maybe early august, like saturday the 4th, and we could talk to the ice rink manager or the zamboni driver and tell them that we wan't their snow so we would know what time they would be scraping, so that we could get maximum snow, if we can get something planned I will post it on the holiday valley forums to try to get it some more attention
And I know that this won't happen but it would be sick if we could have it some place public like in a park somewhere and make it kind of official but that would probably require permits and insurance waivers

I don't know of anywhere it could be done.
Post in the Kissing Bridge Skiers Cult, and the Holiday valley Forums, see what people say in there.
I HIGHLY doubt KB or Holiday will sponsor a summer jam. They just won't think anything is in it for them.
