Your body has already RESTED so the evening becomes a wakey wakey time!
Try to not take a nap, and go to bed earlier, that will give you more time to try and fall asleep, and maybe if you go to bed early enough it will be light out, and if you take naps itll trick you into thinking its day so youll sleep easier.

i had a dream i went to sierra at tahoe because it was on mythbusters last night but i went to my room after riding bumper boats for some reason and both my skis were snapped in half. i cryed like a little girl in my dream. i had a crap pair of skis but couldnt figure out how to mount them.
i never get to ski in my dreams always stupid stuff keeps me from skiing
