Hard drive

So my fucking hard drive crashed in my laptop so I took it out and slaved it on my desktop to try to recover some files and installed a new hard drive.

Question 1: I cant seam to get my wireless card working. It just connects and then like 5 mins later disconnects. I have tried a ton of drivers and still not working. Also it says wireless network 5 now. I dont want it to say that.

Question 2; I downloaded I tunes and the set up file comes up with out and icon looking like a white square and I can access it. Whats up?

Question 3: Has anyone else had a hard drive crash after downloading music off a torrent site?

Actually, im pretty sure my hard drive on my laptop crashed...

im not sure how to fix everything but after my hardrive crashed and windows got corrupted i had to erase my hard drive so my computers like new and everything works fine now

ya that itunes thing is normal thats how the downloaded file comes onto the computer

yea.. obviously thats what torrent sights due. have you tried just turning everything off with msconfig and then trying again?? there is a way you can go and find out who or what is stealing your bandwidth via torrent sites.. but i cant remember how. the ultimate solution however, is a macintosh, plus all important music or whatever pics vids backed up on an external harddrive and CDs

Well my hard drive crashed after I left the defragger going over night. I came in in the mourning and it was all fucked up. I took it apart and there was so much dust and lint clogging the fans I think it overheated hard core.

It is fine now windows takes forever to install and I got almost all of my files back but I cant get my wireless card to work right.

I want to delete the previous drivers so it dosent say wireless connection 5 when it starts up. I unstalled the drivers but some how it remembers the installations.
