Gangstas?

What the hell is with the "gangstas"? This is the dumbest fad of skiing....in history maybe? Even dumber than the bright neon snowsuits...but now that's back too. I just don't get it. Are they trying to be funny? Trying to get attention? They can't possibly be serious. The park is full of them. Most of them just sitting around, not hitting anything. The term "poser" comes to mind. That's why I like to hit some REAL terrain, just to get away from them. Newschoolers has tons of them typng lik dis. I know the movies brought this on a bit, but when everybody does it, it gets annoying. I know I don't have really any posts to speak of...and it's because of the gangstas around here. Somebody tell me what's going on with this....and tell me I'm not alone.

brite snowsuits are worn by pros so they stick out for the cameras, then obviously all the kids do what the pros do...and then i dress up in my authentic 80s pink and orange jacket every april 1st for gaper day.

Agreed, I wear my clothes a baggy. I'm talkin' about the attitude...and well the pants sagging below well their ass does look a bit ridiculous.

I sag my pants below my ass most of the time, unless I'm trying to look "proper" for some reason. I wear XXL Oakley shirts almost everyday, yet I don't have a gangster attitude at all, I kinda just wear what I want, If I wanna wear boardshorts and a tall tee ill do that if I wanna wear khaki shorts with a smaller (large) shirt I'll do that, if I wanna wear soccer warmup pants and a coat I'll do that. I guess I'm kinda mixed but more "gangster" than anything else.

a little over reaction dude, people just assume youre white on here, and yes thats wrong, but you should be prepared for that. other than the kid throwing out "unless your skin is brown" he was right, when you type like an unintelligent person, people assume you are unitelligent and your posts and opinions will probably be mocked.

im pretty sure im gunna dress "gangster" while i ski all the time. its sooo comfortable and lets u move around real good and it looks good. no way at all im actualy gangster i just like baggy clothes cuase its mad comfortable.

I'm pretty sure most of us who wear 'gangster' outerwear are pretty well aware that we are well-off white kids. Baggy clothes just look really sweet, particularly on film it makes your tricks look a lot smoother. Yea a lot of people are stupid and think they are legit gangstas cuz they ski park... that's their problem.
