so my moms been grounding me from out comp lately and we only have one account and obviously i dont know the password....but when your computer starts up you can hit F1 and go into like setup or something...there i have set the administrator password...but i need to know where i put that password in to log on or if i even can use it to log on

the f1 when its starting up doesn't have anything to do with the os, you made an admin password for the bios, it won't do anythig within windows itself
