FS: 4gb Ipod Nano (2nd Gen)

I have a silver colored 4gb Ipod Nano, used one week. Its in excellent shape, no scratches on the screen, and no visible ones on the body except for a couple of minor marks on the apple logo on the back - about how it would look a few hours after taking one out of the box.
No USB cable / headphones.

I got this as a replacement through applecare and foolishly sent the cable and headphones with it - they don't send them back. As such, it's for sale as the body only, but you can get a cable from radioshack for 12 bucks.
I'm in a rush to sell this (textbooks, stuff around the place etc), so the price is reduced: $100

I got that now, but he could've just said that I was thinking about the wrong party, instead of being a jerk about it.
And no, it's not stealing, just like if you ship you cell phone to get fixed, you aren't supposed to send the battery, charger, or anything else with it, cause you won't get it back.
