This is annoying

this is probably just my computer, but whenever i have a pm and i and i click on it, the window pops up and says that "i have to be a member" so i click "register", sign in normally, and open the message again but this time it works. however after i close the window and go to a new page or refresh i get signed out and have to sign in again. thats probably pretty confusing, but does anyone know whats up?
