same at the beginning of the year they were all like "this is it you need hall passes and we are actually checking." they never do though but the teachers still make us carry it. it's just a little slip that i normally shove into my pocket. even when I walk past an administrator they don't say anything.
and then if you want to get out of a study hall or something, you have to get a blue slip form the teacher and get it all filled out and stuff. then get it signed twice. pretty gay
they normally have no prob with me, grades are good and im involved with random clubs and shit but then i put paper on this kids back and he cried or something (wtf! this is HS) and told the office so they're, "disappointed in me." i feel bad i guess because he has issues so..
hall passes are so retarded. in a couple of my classes they have this stupid policy, basically you get some hall passes, but if you don't use them all year you get mad extra credit on the final. so everyone basically ends up desperately having to go to the bathroom but not wanting to leave because it's the only extra credit we get all year. it's a fucking power trip if you ask me.
do you not realize that someone just came out of the closet and could be very offended by that? think twice before you decide to post derogatory terms.
backpacks shaped like unicorns, lol so odd. my weirdest one is a wooden bat on a stick from a teacher obsessed with batman. everyone else is just a laminated paper with the teachers name.
we never needed hall passes at my school, but a few teachers felt the need to use them anyway. One science teacher (I never had a class from him) thought he was really funny, and used an empty filing cabinet as a hall pass. Students had to push it around on its wheels. It was funny, but I always felt kinda bad for the really small girls who had a hard time pushing it to the bathroom.
