who on NS does some hard core mountain biking.....I am talking about serious biking with jerseys and gloves and sunglasses....I have a trek 4300 and i use it all the time

i have a gary fisher sugar, and i go biking a fair amount, single track mostly, its tons of fun, a really good workout for sure!

also what kind of pedals do you guys have? im talking abotu clipless pedals...i have those standard shimano M515 pedals, they are alright for dry conditions, but suck in mud.

you dont need jersey, i mean i have one but it doesn't do anything but keep you real cool cause it's super light but you could do that wiht any shirt almost

haha, i think it's funny cause he was like 'with gloves and jerseys!' haha, i went 4 days ago, and my friends have gloves and jerseys.. i have a 4300 too man, but i wouldnt consider myself hardcore.. you cant be too hardcore with that bike though, its not a really high end bike.. at all. My friend has a Trek Y frame light thingy, that bike is sweet.

Well, i guess you could be hardcore with a pink walmart bike too. Its not the equipment, its how you use it.. so, i retract that statment.

that trek y frame bike is not the greatest, i'll tell you that right now, as a matter of fact its probably one of the bikes i like the LEAST...anyway, have you guys seen the Klein Palomino Race? That thing is fuckin awesome....i want one

i ride a specialized p2. 26 inch ditch witch sun rims tubeless tires so i can ride on low pressure 8 inch disc in front 6 in rear. MRP chain tensioner and dirt jumper 2 03 model shock. 130 mm of travel and i urban ride mainly its not a bike that rides uphill.
