ya all that stuff is legal to buy but for as said above "tobacco use only" therefore if you use it even once and it has traces of MJ inside it is then illegal to carry. This is all because the government loves to tax shit and make money then confiscate it back and fine you for more money. The drug war is a big money generator.

first of all bongs aren't sold. Waterpipes are sold. second of all bowls arent sold. high quality hand blown glass tobacco pipes are sold. under a legality standpoint its all for tobacco.

but who smokes tobacco out of a 6 foot waterpipe? nobody that i know.

Go glass, or go home.



Seriously save up your money and get a glass bong, or if your worrying about hiding it from your parents get a small bubbler. Plastic bong are harmfull to your lungs and cannot be cleaned. If you are worried about your health get a vape. I got mine for 210 at http://supremevaporizer.com/ portiible and powered buy a butane lighter it madd liget and gets me trippy high. But if you dont need it to be portible get a sliver surfer.

Depends, I would say you could get a plain straight glass bong for around your budget.  If your 18 just go to your local headshop or if you want to get it even cheaper go online their are tons of deals
