switch rodeo

I am trying to learn how to do switch rodeos. Every time I try them on a diving board I do a switch cork instead. Can anybody give me some tips.

if u end up throwing corks (I had the same problem for a bit) just throw and make sure u get inverted, i do rodeos naturall i found out if i just make sure i go inverted instead of cork

Someone correct me, but i thought an inverted cork is a D-spin and an inverted Misty is a Rodeo....And i have no clue what a bio is so there ya go....

a d-spin you throw it back and down, a rodeo you through it back and up. so on a switch rodeo, be sure to really pop and get your feet up in the air. let the pop take care of your inverted motion and all you will have to do is the spin. why you are only doing corks is because it is really hard to pop switch. some one said through it more like a misty, i really dont think that would work. then some one said throw it more like a loop. yes that would work depending on how you throw your loops.

inverted misty is a rodeo, cork 7 is a misty, misty is a inverted cork 7 rodeo, toxic grab is a misty inverted rodeo outside edege misty cork.

dude this is the difference:

Sw rodeo is very similar, as you must have found, to a switch cork 5, the difference is that the sw rodeo moves around the side while the switch cork is more like spinning around an imaginary pole driven through the top of your head and into your body.

How do you fix it? say you're comin in switch, for a sw cork you kinda throw it to the right, (looking up hill since you are goin switch) while a sw rodeo is more straigt ahead (straight uphill) or even to the left. so if you are corking it is likely because you are throwing it too far to the right and in effect counteracting the movement around the body of the switch rodeo, so throw it more to the left (looking up hill once again) how much to the left is a bit personal and you will have to figure out on a tramp or diving board etc. (keep in mind, 'more to the left' could mean straight ahead so dont huck your body hardcore to the left, when i do it , i look over my left shoulder, and throw pretty much straight up hill)

whoaaa, i had no clue what you just said. A sw rodeo you basically throw a forward misty just go off the jump backwards. a switch cork you basically throw a forward bio only go off backwards. so just pretend ur goin off forward and throw a misty at the lip. u basically gotta move ur body to the side instead of spin it straight up and down the hill like a cork. throw it so ur head and feet are parallel with the lip of the jump, not perpendicular. wow this IS hard to e xplain.
