Old scratches were ligit. Not that the new ones aren't good, but I'm still rocking ones from 02-03. They have at least 80 days on them and nothing more than some topsheet chips. A little noodly now, and the edges are a little worn down, but no cracks or anything.
i am, but thats just because i happen to get more newer skis than older. plus newer skis keep their value longer, point i was making is year doesnt matter when it comes to ski performance. my friend still rocks the yellow and red scratches and kills it.
im in the same boat, i have had mine for like 4 years and have skied like 150 days HARD on them. not much left in the ski but its still in good shape and fun as hell to ride a ski you have been with for season after season
