How to get a video on a PSP?

Help me out guys. I got everything else on it but i can't get videos on it. When i go into the files on my comp when its connected with a USB cable, it doesn't show anything with VIDEO on it like the other folders. So how do i get videos on it? And also what video formats does a PSP support? And btw i updated the system

ok so i got all those programs, and did everything and got several video files into MP4's, and put them in the right file on my psp. my computer can just play the music to them (whereas some i downloaded on the psp it can play the whole thing, not just sound, btw same kind of file). my psp detects it but also can't play it. this is really bugging me i need more help because i leave soon and i wont have a computer for 5 weeks and i need some videos.
