Replying to Grades, How fucked am I?

So I've had a GPA of about 3.1-3.3 throughout most of highschool. I'm a sophomore. I had mostly B's first semester. Now I have only a 3.048 for 3rd quarter and those are going to go down. I'm looking at putting another C or two onto the one I already have (and a C+). I take a lot of hard classes and I feel like I got fucked this semester and can improve to about a 3.4 next year. If I can do that, how much are my shitty grades this year and last gonna hurt me later in life? Just kinda curious and really sketched out.
