Frozen hand

i was playing a game where all yuou need to do is click stuff without moving the mouse and my hand was elevated, so it fell asleep well clenching the mouse and was basically frozen to it, and i went to get up to get food and i couldnt go without the mousee cause it was clenched in my frozen hand, so i pryed it open and got the blood curculating and i can move it now, but that was pretty weird.
